  Working with Matt and his team was hassle free in large part by Matt as the project manager being very prompt on communications, punctual arrivals, and being accurate to the plans.  He was courteous to provide suggestions, explanations, and reminders on the decision points as the projects moved along.  Also observed very immaculate tidiness such as clean up of the premise during and after the project completion by Matt and the crew.
